Hnoss Jewellery is made to order. Each piece is meticulously crafted with extraordinary care and detail. Please allow for a production time of up to 4-8 weeks.

Once sent, delivery usually takes 1-7 days depending on your country.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your spam/junk folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

We cover all shipping costs, worldwide!

All orders are shipped from within Norway with tracked delivery via Posten or PostNord.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment along the way.

Shipping within Norway is included in the price.

We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to.

Please note that any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price (except for Norway and the UAE) and may be charged when your order arrives. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid any surprises.

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped. Initiate a return by emailing us at Hi@byhnoss.com. Shipping charges will be deducted.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

Custom Sales Are Final
All engraved and customized merchandise sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Vintage & Antique Are Final outside of Norway
Our collection of preloved vintage and antique jewellery may not be returned or exchanged if it is purchased from outside of Norway.

In Norway, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angreretten). Within this period, you may cancel your purchase and return the item for a full refund.
